1. Shipping Time
Typically, we ship your order within 2 working days after receipt. The shipping time varies depending on the location of the distribution warehouse (please refer to the table below). In certain situations, including force majeure, delivery could be delayed.

· Some orders may be shipped from the Asia Warehouse if the local warehouse is out of stock. In such cases, the delivery time from the Asia Warehouse will apply.
· VAT may apply in the European Union.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Sucden collaborates with DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS, and other carriers. We will choose the fastest shipping method based on your address.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on price, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
Shipping payment is collected with the purchase. This will be the final shipping cost charged to the customer.
4. Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be applicable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Sucden encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Sucden at the customer's expense, and a refund will be issued for the value of the goods minus return shipping costs. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment's progress based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.
If the delivery time exceeds the estimated time, please contact us so we can investigate.
6. Parcels Lost and Damaged
6.1 Parcels Damaged In Transit
If a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for next steps.
6.2 Parcels Lost in Transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes an investigation and confirms the parcel is lost.
7. Delivery Terms
7.1 P.O. Box Shipping
Sucden does not ship to P.O. box addresses as we only use courier services.
7.2 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS but are unable to offer this service with courier services.
7.3 Change Of Delivery Address
Delivery address changes can be made at any time before the order is dispatched.
7.4 Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
8. Special Cases
Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally, there may be a discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to ask if you would like to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or if you prefer a refund.
